Hi. This is a question for my mother who is 43 years old. From the last 3 days, I've seen her feel dizzy and collapse twice. I'm trying to figure out what is the issue here? She's also been complaining of heavy blood flow during her periods, the cycle being faster and quicker (she gets it every 20-25 days) and the dizziness crops up just around that time. Also, she's been feeling quite fatigue these days. Could this be like a warning sign or something? I'm very skeptical of taking her to a hospital at this time. And fever went off On Sunday i got cold which i am currently having and fever is also there which varies from 99 - 99.6 . I started taking parastamol from yesterday . What should i do ? Hi, I consulted through practo for my father on Sunday regarding fever. Please see the attached prescription screenshot. It was a five day course and the course is getting completed today. However, the fever has not yet subsided. He's having a fever which is ranging from 95-98°. The only thing in the prescription was, he was taking paracetemol since Sunday as dolo 650 was not available. But since today we had dolo 650 at home so he took dolo for now. Please suggest some other alternative as the though of covid-19 testing is only scary and simply unacceptable to us as it could also be normal viral. My sister and I both were closely taking care of my father but I had fever, and now I'm also doing a regular 5-day course through consultation. It's day 2 today.

Hello doctor am suffering from sore throat and dry cough again and again earlier with cough lots of mucus came out but now it's very less my doctor prescribed me inhaler symbicort 320 now am taking symbicort 160 but sore throat is always there . Along with inhaler am taking montair lc but why sore throat is not going since February it's happening . Please suggest can I take citrizen at night with benadryl dr cough syrup and montair lc in morning because I think it's an allergic cough along I will continue my inhaler two times a day. I have taken antibiotics as well and gargle also with salt and sometimes Betadine too but no relief in sore throat.
