Fatigue weakness drowsiness shakiness
Madam/Sir I am banker in public sector bank from last 3 years. From feb 2020 onwards I was posted outside my hometown. Due to workstress , lifestyle, sleep cycle my weight is constantly decreasing, with low energy. In july during internal audit due to work pressure and less sleep I got fainted in office with anxiety attack(first time since childhood) with weakness for around 2-3 days. Afterwards there is constant fear symptoms increased and there is constant fatigue, low energy, little bit weak memory and feeling sleepy most of the time. When attack comes I am not able to work for long hours like I used to do and hands legs start to shake a little with nausea and sitting for long, want to lay down on bed. While driving also sometimes symptoms come. Mind is also not working like it used to do. Sometimes Not able to hold things properly and walk without hitting nearby things have to put extra effort. My diet is also decreasing BP- normal pulse rate- 100-115
