These are images of my pubic region under thighs and it had been itching for 2,3 days. Small multiple bumps are also there. How to cure this. Can this also cause swollen lymph nodes in both sides of groin.

My body tends to swell and I have been facing skin and hair issues as well. I have acne and my hair have become very frizzy, I also have started getting wrinkles on my face especially when I smile, they become visible. Apart from this, my knees produce cracking sound when I squat. This might be my misconception but I think I feel a very very slight pressure in my knees as well, but I'm not sure about this one. I eat well and barely have junk food, what do you think might be the problem. Which doctor should I consult? Is my body not absorbing the nutritions properly?
