Sir, I have donated blood 12 days before. I feel weakness & dizziness from last 4-5 days. Please help me regarding this. Thanks.

My sister is having fever of 100 to 102 degree farenhite also with mouth sores. She is taking Cifran 500 for past 7 days after her perianal abcesse surgery. Current ESR is 35. ESR 2 days before was 85. Widal test report is only 1:20 +ve. All other Maleria, Dengue igg igm test are negative. No sign of weakness, cold or any other difficulties or symptoms. Only fever is coming after every 8 to 10 hours. What may be the possible reason amd what should we do? Please advise.

I'm having light head ache, feeling of spinning or falling, ringing ear, sore throat, pulse rate more than 100, feeling of full stomach also fatigue. Spinning feeling and headache been for last 3 months. I took meds but it resolves only when im taking them. Amd symptoms reoccur when I stop taking. What I should do ? What it could be .?

Suffering from above referred diseases since last 10 years so the infection of sinusitis proceeded in my brain so myself loosed my body balance then started Doxycycline for 6/7 weeks then the body imbalances came in control but not fully so now started Clarithromycin 250mg & in just first dose realised that i'm normal now so how long it should be continued? so ur quick response will highly be appreciated so will u plz

I am suffering from neck (muscle) pain and throat pain from past 1 month. The pain keep on shifting sometimes in back neck and sometimes to throat. Got some relief after using hot water bag but the pain is not completely eliminating.
