I am 29 years old male. Is it good to have a influenza and pneumococcal vaccine during these times of covid 19? If yes, is it also safe for my wife and mother?

I have done reports two days back for body checkup. I just want to know the reason for weight loss . I have lost 6 kg of weight in last 5 months .. I have attached part of the report. There is one white cell component name as EOSINOPHILS is slightly elevated. I want to know the reason for weight loss .

Found cut and wound on my leg 2 days ago and bleeding was also coming. That day I had gone out and also that day I broke a glass. I don't know how it's caused.it can be caused by a bat bite or any rabid animal bite or just by broken glass.but the cause of wound is unclear.on June I had taken 3 dose of arv vaccine and a tetnas booster. please tell do I need to take it again along with immunoglobulin?? As I guess it can also be caused due to bite from rabid animal or bat bite. Pic of wound and cut is also attached.
