Flu

Hi this is Durgaprasad , from last four days I am getting fever without anything else . I did covid test it came negitive . I am taking dolo650 , Azithromycin, cetirizine and zenkovit . But still my fever is showing mornings 100 to 101 and nights 99.8 to 100.7. Can you please advice what tests need to be done and what medication has to be started ? Thanks

Last year while I was dating someone and kissed a lot, within days that person reported feeling sick (mild fever, weakness, maybe cold too, sinuses to be exact)... It was a long distance so couldn't test this aspect out... . Now I'm with someone since barely a week and again, upon kissing a lot, within days, this person is reporting mild fever, weakness... (Not sinuses tho). I have a weak immune system, most mornings I sneeze a lot and I generally have a constant headache maybe due to migraine (just extra information). . Should I get myself checked? (Of course I need to) .. .. .. But what should I even get checked for? That's my question. Do I have some kind of contagious flu kind of thing which I don't realise I have?

4 months ago I took only  3 arv vaccine each on    0. 4.8 days as got bitten by a vaccinated non rabid dog. Today got bitten by a street dog and blood came . Bite was quite big. Now how many dose of arv Vaccine needed???
