Is it generally safe to take vit d 60,000 iu per week ? I am not able to go outside in sun that much due to lockdown and winter is also coming.

I was bitten by a stray dog in Oct 2018 and so I took all 05 doses of Rabipur Vaccine. After 1.5 years I.e. in Apr 2020 I again took 02 vaccines of ChiroRab as a booster. Yesterday, I.e. on 15th Oct 2020 I was scratched by a stray dog. The wound was superficial. Do I need to again get re-vaccinated with all 05 doses of Rabipur Vaccine again or will the immunity from the previous 05 doses of vaccines that was administered to me in 2018 and 02 vaccines administered to me in Apr 2020 work ? If yes, then how many doses of vaccines would be sufficient enough ?

My hand is getting numb at night... And i can see bier spot on palm... When my hand is downward And when i raise my hand upward... Blood flow increase.... Bier spot disappears...

Will these 02 shots of vaccine after 1.5 yrs (I.e in Apr 2020) act as booster ? Today, a dog had scratched me , do I need to again get re-vaccinated keeping in mind the previous vaccinations in Oct 2018 and April 2020 ?

I have chronic urticaria frm last 6 years Suddenly in mid of 2017 to complete 2019 my urticaria problm was disappeared But from last 10 months it came again I cant wear tight clothes Even i cant wax my hands Inner thighs ..hands and back gets severe red hives which are like big patches .. with severe itching and sometimes i noticed pain at site of hives I tried so many prescribed antihistamines like atarax..c fresh.. okacet..allegra.. atarax make my itching little worst But they give temporary relief plus they hav sedating effect.. Always feel heaviness in body, dizzy and headache when working. Sometimes feel dizziness while eating meal also.

My husband has a drinking problem. Twice in a week he drinks but he does not have any control of how much he is drinking. His one peg consists of more than 60ml like 90ml.. Once he starts drinking he doesn't know when to stop. He drinks until he falls asleep. It is creating a huge problem in our marriage. In social gatherings also he keeps doing the same things but he regret it later of his doings. How to control his drinking behaviour? Please suggest some medicine that will help him to control his intake of alcohol? Sometimes at once once he finishes 650ml of  alcohol in a day. It has become a huge problem. Please doctor some medicines that will limit his alcohol intake!!
