Flu

My father is aged 50. He has been getting fever since 31st of august. The fever ranged between 100-102. On 4th September his corona test reported positive. He is obese, diabetic and has hypertension. He is taking Antibiotic, vitamin C tablets, multivitamin tablets , dolo -650 -4times a day, Hydrochloroquine tablet. Still fever is not decreasing . Under the effect of medicine it's 100 and after 4-5 hours it gets to 102 or 103. The saturation level of oxygen as measured by pulse oximeter is 95-96. After 6th September he is getting cough also. Please suggest what to do next.
