Hello Dr, 4 month ago I have checked for uric acid & my blood uric acid was 8.1 .. & I was having pain in my heels while walking & resting .. I have taken 80mg febuxostat daily for 2 months.. Now my pain is reduced .. but whenever I press my heels there is pain.. normally there is no pain but whenever I touch or press them I can feel the pain in my heels.. please advice/prescribe to reduce heel pain.. How much time it take to reduce pain after uric acid reduced.

Hi I have been suffering from back head pain and heart palpitations from sometime. Doctor suggests it is anxiety and has given me Prothiaden 25mg which I am only taking from 15 days but have also taken other antidepressant for around 2 months. However I have noticed that my weight is increasing ever since. I have gained 12 kgs in 6 months (62 to 74). Although my diet has improved as well in the past 6 months (including sugary foods and late night meals) and I have a desk job so a sedentary lifestyle too but the weight gain is concerning me. Does it look just because of diet and lifestyle or should I go for some tests? In the past my weight has always remained between 61 to 69.
