With regards to the first question, IBD is inflammatory bowel disease which neither your symptoms suggest nor the CT. Irritable bowel syndrome or IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion, once other causes have been completely ruled out. In your cases, the loaded bowel or constipation could be triggering the recurring pain, or the gastric erosion can cause pain triggered by certain lifestyle issues. Pain and swelling in thigh muscles could be because of multiple reasons, vitamin D deficiency being one of them. It needs further examination and investigation
Next Steps
Take a mild laxative from time to time to clear the bowel as per medical advice. avoid caffeine/spicy foods. check vitamin D3 levels and thyroid profile and follow up
