Why I feel fatigue and muscle pain and my hand shakes after work what can I do to cure it ?? Or what test can I do Its happening since a month

My sister has this burnt plastic smell and taste while eating anything. Everything tastes like plastic and smells like it too. Affected by raw vegetables the most. This started 2 weeks ago.
