TSH high and vitamin D ,B12 deficiency
Hello , I have done whole body test recently , as per the report my TSH value is 7.73 ml which shows above the reference range ( 0.3-5.5) ,however T3 &T4 are within the range .. please suggest me what I should do next ? What will be the best solution ? Should I take supplements? As per the report my vitamin D is also very low which is 14.22 and vitamin B12 is seems to be very low which is 190 . And I m facing too much bone weakness , fatigue , mood swings , confusion all d time , muscle weakness , difficult sleeping , intolerance cold temperature , dry skin , leg pain ... However I do not have any issue in my periods. And I do exercise and regular walk post lunch and dinner ..
