Pubergen10000 injection what is the use of this may I know the reason doctor suggested for my wife.please advise

I m using finaestride 1 mg tablet for hair treatment since 3 , I m facing irritation , burning , little pain while urination . Is it a effect of medicine or is it normal can be rectified by taking fluids.

I have persistent heaviness and dull pain in top of head sometimes, also pain shifts to left side and right side along with pain above left eye and right eye for the same.
