Gaining weight
I just started working out for an hour a day and suddenly gained 1.5 kgs of weight Why is this happening rather than losing i am gaining weight ?

Have you increased your diet also??
Next Steps
Basically it takes atleast a week or 2 for a muscle to develop when you start excercise. So i would suggest you to wait for 2 weeks and if you still notice that you are gaining weight then go for Thyroid test.
