Hello, I get tired very easily and sleepy most of the time even if not doing a lot of physical work. Also have a lot of sugar craving tends to happen and increased appetite. My doctor told me to get vitamin deficiency and RBS test done. Did my RBS and came out 82. Is it normal? If yes, then how to treat deficiency?

Feeling very tired by afternoon even after full breakfast and lunch. Feel sleepy all the time. What is the reason for this?

Hi, I was fit just 2 months ago. Now I'm suddenly gaining a lot of weight and feeling tired all the time. Especially it's getting more difficult for me to wake up early, it was very easy for me few months ago. Also, my knees and heels are always hurting. Feeling difficulty in standing for more than an hour and feel extremely tired after walking for some time. I'm exercising for 2 months, but gaining weight instead of losing or getting fit.

I have red spot with lumps that are painful . I have foot pain also. Is that related to each other. Any simple treatment for that.

I had taken 1 Alfoo tablet just before going to bed at night, a month ago. 5 hours later, I went to the washroom and when I was coming back I fell unconscious. After a while, I sat, spoke and then again I fell unconscious. Is this because of Alfoo tablet? Does that mean I am allergic to this tablet? I hadn't taken any other tablet and I never fell unconscious again.

I am preparing for govt job. I had my mains exams in oct and during preparation  i got thid bad headache.  when exam was over. it is gone and then again whenever i start studying. The headache has returned. It pains mainly on the sides and the lower back of the skull. I got my eyes tested. There is no problem with the same. I  have spectacles. Please help.

I have pain in pelvic area when I stand up. And feet swell sometimes. Abdominal Usg is normal. Weight 59 kg.
