Taken medicine from very long after taking it will go comes back again Pls suggest I have not diabetic

Sir/ Madam, Good morning, 1 year back father had low sodium level and went up to 109 , and got hospitalised for 15 days to correct sodium levels. My main query is to know the alternative medicine for Natrise 15 mg, Can we use Hyponat O 15. Last 1 year we are using natrise, but now a days it had become so expensive, 150 rupees per tablet. If I see hyponat o 15 with same composition of natrise where it's costing 40 ruppes oer tablet. I wanted to check can we replace hyponat o instead of natrise. Regards, Saikumar. My father is 75 years old. He is having fever since 3-4 months. In evening it goes to 100.4 and took all antibiotic medicine. But no relief. We hv done almost all tests and reports are normal. From the last few days i am having gas trouble including a slight pain in left chest. Ecg and tmt are normal within range. Doctor prescribed me esopen-DSR capsule 1 at morning before food and Ranitidine HCL 150 mg of some different brand. My question is whether this medicines are safe to consume. My family memeber told me that these both medicines shows side effects more. Please guide me whether i should continue with the treatment

I am having pcos and was prescribed with ginnete35 then I got my prolactin checked and it came to be 65 ng is it normal my doc said to stop ginette35 and check prolactin again if its again high then he told to go for mri scan and other doc told thats its fine if prolactin is in this range above 100 levels need mri scans what should I do kindly guide
