Difficulty with spice
I generally eat spicy food and am able to handle it but in the last 2-3 weeks, I am unable to deal with any kind of spice, even a simple tadka in dal. I thought it could be a rather aggressive tongue cleaning but it's not getting any better with time. Any idea how I can solve this?
