Persistent problem with weight loss. For last 2 months, have been trying to follow a balanced nutrition plan with daily calorie intake below TDEE levels, as well as high intensity exercise for approximately 90 minutes daily. Have also joined a gym recently to include cardio and weight training. Weight seems to be barely varying by 100-200gms over last 2 months, with no change in body measurements. Current weight is 82kg, height is 5 feet Have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia last year. Please suggest further steps/advice to proceed with weight loss journey, if any tests need to be performed to rule out medical conditions that might be impeding weight loss efforts.

How to stop periods... my periods usually last for 3-4 days but this time they have gone beyond 6 days...

My last lms was on feb 8th I have 30 days cycle. 15th day my follicule ruptured. Dctr suggested to take Naturogest capsule till 9th March. Today is 29th day From yesterday I have pain in my right abdomen feeling like period cramps same pain I felt on 26th March but left side. Today morning I tested with 2nd urine it came negative. If Im not conceive then Naturogest holding my periods?or im tested too early?
