What is the correct range of RBC in blood test ? Some labs say that it is 3.80 to 5.6 10^6/uL and some labs say that it is 4.5-5.5 10^6/uL. What is the exact correct range of RBC's ?

Hi 27 f.from aug not keeping well .having fatigue tiredness feverish like feeling sick like feeling but temp normal .chest pain upper back pain all these since aug but from 2 months severe upper middle back pain chest pain from few days breast pain underarm pain shoulder pain .shown to general physician used many pain killers but no relief .consulted neuro physician used many medications injections but no cure .is it due to breast cancer?but iam unable to find any lump bcz if it was muscle pain it should be reduced with pain killer but it is not curing .cbp crp vit b12 normal esr 28 lft lipid normal

My serum iron is 195 which is around 45 points higher than upper normal limit of 150 but my serum ferittin is only 67 which is 45 points higher than lower limit of 15!! How is it even possible? Both tests are from different labs. Which number is more concerning? What shud I do?
