CT scan increased from 12/25 to 20/25
Patient is admitted his earlier CT was 12/25 , at that time Oxyegen was 90. Now after 4 days of treatment the CT came 20/25 but oxygen is 96-97 . Is this normal? Oxygen support was given for 2 hrs at the time of admission but not after that . The patient is responding well to he treatment.

Not to worry about CT Score . CT score and inflammatory markers are supportive tools but primary is symptoms and response of pt.to treatment. If patients is getting better and oxygen saturation is improving then no need to worry. Infection will be cured . Plus variation in position matters .
