This CT sxan done on 9th day of covid detection does it implies there is a need to take anti flu drugs or this is the maximum spread now as all my symptoms are gone now no fever , no ache , spo2 >95 , and im feeling way better but confuse that this infection in lung should not spread further and harm

Follow up required after 2 week continue to take multi vitamin and rest pending medicine
No need to add new medicine if you are asymptomatic and saturation is >95.
