Cbc normal. ESR raised, indicating chronic infection or inflammation.
Need more information- how long you have been sick, how much is the fever, what time does it occur, how long does it last, does it subside spontaneously or you have to take any medicine ? Is appetite normal? Do night sweats occur?Answers will be useful to arrive at a diagnosis.

Are you having fever for 3 weeks ?
Is it continuous fever or fever that comes and goes ?
Are you having rashes/ joint pain/ cough or cold/ breathlessness/ loose motion / vomiting/ drowsiness or any other symptom.?
