Having fever from past 8-9 days today it got worse and reached to 103 taking all medicine including paracetamol azethromicine ivermectin. No other symptom. Having heavy bloting in stomach however taking antaacid in the morning. Unable to eat food because of that.what should i do next??

Hello doctor, My brother is Covid-19 positive as per his report of day before yesterday and he was having fever since last 10 days as per doctor we had his ct scan and chest x ray done in x ray mild infection came and in ct scan 6/25 is his ct value just want to know if any medicine is required in addition to stated below fr second opinion: Tab Azithromycin (500 mg) , Cap Doxy (100 mg) , Tab Vitamin C , Vitamin D , Tab ZINC/ZITRU/ZINCONIA (containing 50 mg Zinc), Tab IVERMECTIN 12 mg , Tab MEFTAL (500 mg) – (Stop DOLO / Paracetamol / Crocin) Tab MONTELEUCAST-LC – 1 tab daily for 10-15 days. (Stop Cetrizine / Levocetrizine) Tab RABEPRAZOL-DSR 1 tablet on empty stomach. Tab Ecosprin 75 mg – 1 tablet daily after lunch for 1 month. Tab Colchicine (0.5 mg) – 1 tab twice daily for 10 days. Then 1 tab once daily for 5 days

Already under medication for 5 days . Need some guidance with symptoms. Current symptoms 1.Lost of smell and taste 2. Throat pain 3. Cough while speaking. 4.Spo2 normal Do I need to get chest xray

Patient is admitted his earlier CT was 12/25 , at that time Oxyegen was 90. Now after 4 days of treatment the CT came 20/25 but oxygen is 96-97 . Is this normal? Oxygen support was given for 2 hrs at the time of admission but not after that . The patient is responding well to he treatment.

I was suffering from low platelet count last year at same time of covid strain, i tested for many things for why my platelets were down like typhoid , Dengue, CBC, ultrasound of liver and kidney , and doctor said if any of these tests didn't help we would go for bone marrow, (which was not needed as i was cured with homeopathic medicine at last and some proper diet ) , but the problem is the pain which I was feeling at that time comes some time but that is not so severe ,pls tell I want to know why every time my platelets go down
