Is daily paracetamol usage safe assuming it is taken within safe limits (500mg)? I have read that it causes reversible liver damage, but are there any other side effects that I should be aware of if I plan to take paracetamol long-term?

I have taken covishield Vaccine first dose on 2-4-21 and second dose at 30-3-21, and after 3 Weeks i.e on 19-4-21  have done IgG Quantitative which shows more than 20. Now I have 2 queries Can I donate plasma, as antibodies are formed? What are the titres required for plasma donation?

My wife is Covid +ve and into 5 th day her periods started, What precautions she should take ? Will this hamper recovery ?

Hi doctor, For last 20 days i have cough , nofever , no pain. Once cough begins i have taken monocef 200 and winknyl but still i  cough very frequently . I  have taken honitus also , hot water and steam. But still small white cough come when i cough.. Plz suggest good medication Thanks Anni

It has been 3 days High fever 104 degree took meftal 2 hrs before but fever persist. Please advise asap.

Dear doctor, Good day to you Can you please clarify me about my doubt below ... If a person gets recovered from covid 19 .will he get effected again or will overcome the virus as already the antibodies were developed ?

My grandmother is 73 years old and is diabetic and has history of skin allergies. She also has varicose veins problem and backbone pain issues. Is it safe for her to get covid vaccination? Or any precautions should she take before/aftee vaccination?

(1):Currently mucus is releasing from my nose continuously from 15 days due to which my nose remain blocked, I feel heaviness in my maxillary sinus(sinus around the nostrils), and dry cough is there in my chest. Always I have to spit mouth full of mucus. Problem(2): There is redness on my cheeks just lower to my eye, near my nose. I think it is fungal infection because fungal infection oftenly occurs in this part. Previously I had taken medication for it  and it had gone but again it has came. Itching occurs in the red area. Current I am applying luliconazole cream in this area twice a day.There is minor improvement. I have constipation problem also.

I tested positive on 07th April and was hospitalized for 6 days. Now I'm home quarantine for 14 days since 13th April. They have not given any Medicines except for the vitamin C and calcium tablets. I do not have any symptoms or any health issues and doing fine. So what should i do further? And should i do the test next week after my quarantine period.
