My symptoms started with light caugh and fever on Sunday. No running nose. I had paracetomal for fever and caugh syrup. Now I don't have fever but feeling hot from inside and has throat pain. Throat pain is increasing during nights. I am having steam for 3 times per day. Please suggest medicines

It is more than a year since there is reoccurring of bumps on my butt. Unusual thing here is, it doesn't show pus, it just swells and circumference around the bumps increases. After a week or so, the bump flattens. And after some days, the process starts again. I had consulted general physician, the medicines does flattens the bump but it doesn't stops from reoccurring. The pain is unbearable, as it is on bump it is not easy to sit and to any work. Please suggest me remedy. I don't know who is specialised in this one or which doctor to approach.

My friend tested positive on Sunday and he lives without family with roommates who are also Covid positive. Living alone he has to do all his work, make his food all on his own. Since Sunday he has had high fever of around 99 to 102°F, fluctuating with medicine. He has nose blockage and throat issues. Today he lost his sense of smell. He takes steam, does garle, takes all med, does yoga. Etc. He is able to breathe easily. It's been 3 days n fever is never below 99. What more can he do? How many days till we see some recovery? We cannot go to hospital since it's worse there... Pls help.
