High ESR 70 mm suggests only inflammation which is common in covid 19 also. Only high ESR can't be a reason to suspect TB. Do you have any swelling in neck or arm pit? Any allergic history? Allergy to dust or any food? Montoux test result may confuse you. Don't interpret Montoux test result all by yourself. Consult doctor.

Mantoux test isn't a diagnostic for tuberculosis. You need to go for a NAAT test (PCR) for the conclusive evidence for the same. If symptoms persist then consult for a detailed discussion.
Next Steps
monitoring of SpO2 levels and temperature is highly mandatory.
Health Tips
consult for further evaluation.

It is not necessary that you have TB, Mountex is not a conclusive test. You should not take medication for TB unless the patient is confirmed to have the disease. You could consult a doctor for further investigation and guidance.
