Lungs get affected in Covid patients. How much time is required for lungs to get back to normal? Can a corona positive person again get infected? What about antibodies?

Chicken pox inside of my eyelid and near my uvulva inside my mouth and on the hell of my foot. Is there a treatment to stop it? Is there a vaccine?

She is having 102 fever with body ache since yesterday. Gave her tablet calpol which is effective for some time but then temprature starts rising again.

My mother 55 yrs of age, diabetic but in control suffered a hairline fracture in shoulder and muscle tear in upper arm. Now 5 months have passed, X-Ray suggests that everything is healed up but she is in constant mild pain. Pain starts from her shoulder and leaves from her fingers. She has been doing physiotherapy from over a month, although the movement is much better, the pain is not going away. She does not want to be addicted to pain killers. She has tried massage, home remedies but to no avail.
