Fever after Covishield Vaccine

Need guidance.
I got shot at 12 Noon yesterday.
I got fever 99.5 at 2 AM night, 9:30 AM today morning and 4 PM afternoon.
Took paracetamol on fever.
No body ache or arm pain I have .
Any guidance? Till when this will be over?

It will be ok in 3 to 4 days, take paracetamol 650 as and when required, it is normal body reaction to vaccination
