Hi after h pylori eradication I'm slowly recovering and I keep tract of my health every once in 3 months. Recently when I did my CBC I had lymphocytes as 44 where as the normal range shows 40. I had vitamin deficiencies before this and weight loss. I have still not started to gain good weight it is almost stagnant after H pylori. Is the lymphocyte count to be worried upon?

Hello Doctor's, Yesterday when I was out I felt dizzy then I checked my bp at home it shows 132/87. I took b-12 medicine so today I go for CBC , VITAMIN D & B-12 test . So I have attached the test report . Please look and help me , what was the reason I felt dizzy yesterday it's because of bp or other things. I want to know the reason why this happened to me.
