Normal change with aging. If she is having breathlessness, she may be having early chronic left ventricular failure.
Please share details of her history -
Duration and severity of breathlessness? Any breathlessness on lying down? Is it increasing slowly?
Results of other inv., any history of hypertension and or diabetes.

Your mother is having COR pulmonale with mild pulmonary hypertension, there no treatment required for calcification but yes few medications like anti thrombotic and anti platelets needs to be started but after few history and few other test reports, no need to worry as such this medications are to prevent future complications related to disease.
Also need to evaluate cause of breathlessness as it is not evidence t from echo she should have breathlessness, appears It is more an incidental finding. Needs further evaluation for better management.
