My mother is having feverish feeling, body ache with running nose since last 3 days. She is a rheumatoid arthritis, diabetic and panic attacks patient and running with all those medicines. In this situation kindly suggest do I need to consult a covid specialist or not... kindly guide 🙏

My wife is having fever for almost a month now. Current temperature ranges from 98.3 to 99. A week before she was diagnosed with typhoid. First one was 1:160 and the second one 1:320. Doctor prescribed done 1 GM twice via injection for 5 days, Migace p twice when fever comes and multivitamin along with gas medicine. Earlier her fever used to be around 99 to 99.5 but now it ranges from 98.3 to 99, usually higher in afternoon. Now she is having vomiting everyday. Is this Vomiting due to antibiotics? Also she has weakness. Which food should be taken?
