Taking covid vaccination for a cardiac

Hi expert Sorry if it is irrelevant but wanted to know my mom and dad both more than 60 years got vaccine slot in a government hospital in delhi which treats covid patient I.e. LNJP hospital so how safe is it for them to get a vaccine there and what precaution should they take going there my dad is a cardiac patient. Will be highly grateful if you can assist.
