Hi Doctors What are the chances of contracting covid by surface transmission? Do I need to sanitize after I touch everything at home? Thanks

She had been in contact with a Covid19 person and she also developed symptoms and has been under home isolation since then. Her fever was down to 99.1 on day 5. From day 5 of covid symptoms, she had had a 99.0 - 99.5 fever which will come and go. Today is 19th day and for the past week she has 99.1 - 99.2. It will start from late afternoon and be till night. And she will have normal temperature in the night till afternoon. This is a fix cycle for the past 7-9 days. Her oxygen level is perfect. Only has light cough sometimes which will come and go. Please provide clarity on this.

My daughter is suffering from high fever. She has fever from today onwards and fever is 102 degree centigrade.

I have been diagnosed with COVID on 3rd May but had symptoms of COVID like body ache since 30th April. I have no other major symptoms at the moment apart from body ache and low grade body fever. The fever is there throughout the day around 99 and it goes below past 98 at night and morning. SP02 currently maintained at 98. Only RTPCR done no other tests done, yet.

I got vaccinated yesterday with first dose of covishield vaccine. I am having high body temperature, fever and body pain. I have heard that high dose of paracetamol (e.g. dolo 650mg) can help with this condition. Please suggest to do the needful.

Hello, My mother is diagnosed with ITP for the last 10+ years . There is not enough data on whether people diagnosed with ITP can take the covid vaccine or not. It would be very helpful if we are informed of the side effects before we go ahead with taking the vaccination. Kindly guide us through or we can connect over an appointment here in practo.

My dad has taken both doses and suffering with fever and body weakness , not able to eat anything and almost 10 days have passed. Body weakness is too much.
