About spo2 and pulse rate
My father had no any heart problem or dibities but after recovering from covid his spo2 in normal position is 94 and pulse rate is 105 .and spo2 is increases in prone position he is feel very good now the rate of fatigue is also less then before . so i want to know the right position for calculating  spo2 of a person and should he is go for walking in terrace and should we open windows or door of home for ventilation

Hi, right position for calculating SpO2 is sitting up or lying down. Lying prone will help in quick recovery. And yes it is totally fine for him to go take mild walks on terrace. Opening windows and doors for ventilation will help him recover easily. Hope this helps.
