It's been 5 days I have fever, I'm taking dollo daily, morning I dont feel sick, evening suddenly my temp goes high with body pain and headache. Kindly suggest

Mother got covid vaccine (covisheild) on 28th April,fever came on may 1st(99 to100c),also too much cough and cold.. gave regular peracetamol and cough syrup.fever still there.. shall we go for covid test or wait for a day or two..

My mother is having fever and very severe cough with phelgem. Its the 3rd day of symptoms and she is Covid positive . Spo2 is 98-99. The fever is not more than 101 and is generally between 99-100.5 . But the cough is very much and little bit of pain in throat as well . Today the fabiflu loading is started with 1800mg , augmentin twice , vitamin C, zinc , montair lc , ascoril is also being given. What else to do and how to relieve the cough?

I have been taken both doses of vaccine last month and now i have tested positive before 9  days ago. Now i have tested negative. Can I end my isolation and meet my family.
