Oxygen Level between 94 ~ 96. Kindly advise any medication (if required)

I have been experiencing a very mild chest pain on the right side, when i cough or had sudden movements since i got recovered from covid. Also some cold and cough along with phlegm and some digestive issues. Are these normal after COVID? If so how long do they last. Suggest if immediate medical attention is required.

I have also done covid 19 rapid test, its result is negative. I am not felling well(dry coughing) , something happen in my body. What medicine should I take and what test should you prefer?
