Sore throat, runny nose, mild cough. No fever, no body ache, no loss of taste or smell. Can this be covid?

My husband is diagnosed with ulcerative colitis one month and he is taking steroids bides CR 3mg (3 tablets a day) since 1 and 1/2 month can he take COVID shield first dose while taking this medicine

Actually i have dry cough and back pain , Little body paining ,what can do can you suggest me , it's really helpful for me.
