Hi,
Today is the 10th day since I tested Covid Positive and I am under home isolation. I have only dry cough symptom of covid. My question is do I need to take any kind of Steroid and blood thinner medicine?

No , as per symptoms described by you have mild covid only . There is no need of steroids and blood thinners in mild covid . It will cause more harm when they are taken without consulting your doctor.
