My niece diagnosed anitibodies positive however RTPCR is negative. Please help me to understand if she is corona positive and what actions we needs to take to take right now. Symptoms are fever on/off and bodyache.

My mother started to develop fever 4 days ago. Initially it was 100-101 and then she had Dolo 650mg. But now from the 3rd day onwards and today is 4th day her body temperature isn't going down below 99.3 °F even after taking Dolo for 3 times in a day. She isn't having any other symptoms. Only a bit cough and nose block. Taste and smell are still intact and no extreme fatigue or muscle pain. She's 88kg and 5'4" and already has Thyroid for which she has an ongoing medication. She's vaccinated already with 1 dose. So is that the normal body temperature some people may have or should I consider it as fever? Moreover is it viral fever or covid but the symptoms are less because of vaccine? Do I need to worry for temperature of 99.3?

Can we replace ecosprin 75 mg with eliquis 2.5 mg, patient is covid positive almost recovered at home & is now on a tapered dose of16 mg steroid ( methylprednisolone )

Does steam inhalation kills coronavirus in the first 1 or 2 days of contraction as claimed on social media? And if it is helpful, for how often and how long are we advised to do it? Thankyou doctors for taking the time to answer my query in advance

Actually I have dry cough....which I got after every time I got cold ...which usually go after one two or even 3 months... Cough increases at the time of morning...when my cough starts , it continues for 5 mins...it comes slowly down when I take cofsils tablets

Hi Doc, My father got positive for covid today(May 6th) he was tested for covid yesterday(May 5th) morning,I have been serving him necessary things like food,medicines etc frequently but there are no symptoms for me till now and I have 3 years old baby.Can anyone suggest me whether I need to take any medicines as precaution.I have not done any test till now as I don't have any symptoms.
