My friend's mother aged 52 tested positive 2 days back with 20 ct value in RTPCR and yesterday her grandmother aged 80 also tested positive with 28 cat value . Can they be isolated in the same room as other room dont have a proper ventilation?

Dose Covishield vaccine first and second dose chemical content are different or the same. If some body doesn't possess records of first dose how can he get vaccinated.
