Hello doctors, The issue I am facing is since the last 2 days .I am feeling a tightness in my stomach even the toilets are clear and air is also released.Please let me know if any medicine or home remedy can help ..please it's really urgent

My mom age 51 is covid positive for more than 2 weeks. CT scan was taken on 6th day of symptom onset and there is no lung involvement. 5 day course of antibiotics/antiparasite/steroid tablets are over. She is also not having proper appetite and for the last 1 week the fever stays in 99-100F. She is taking fever reducing tablets. Doctor suggested to take cypon syrup to treat loss of appetite. Is it okay to take the syrup three times a day before food?
