My mother was tested positive for Covid 19, She is completely recovered now. Test will be done in 2 days. Is she required to take Ecosprin or any other medicine for thining of blood

Hi, I am having regular ulcers on my tongue and mouth. I had taken a b12 test and found that my b12 level was very low i.e 144 and after that i have taken 13 neurobin b12 injections (weekly). After that it was fine and my doses are complete. Now again after 1 month the ulcers are coming and again i had taken b12 test and this time the level is high i.e. 1286. Normal level is 200 - 900. So, can you tell me what can cause these regular mouth ulcers. And these are not healing itself

My brother tested covid positive before 14 to 15 days. But he is still suffering from loose motion from last few days and it is not being cured by usual concerned medicines. Kindly tell what step should be taken next in this concern.
