Feeling pulsation in brain
Hi .. I am facing a problem for 2 -3 days, i am not able to sleep..  when i lie down i dont feel any thing but the moment i close my eyes i feel the heart beat and feels like i am swinging back and froth. And during the day time when i try to sleep i feel the swing and if any i hear a mayer noise my heart start beating very fast which i cannot control and it comes to normal after some time. when i am in my normal routines i dont feel any thing .. Even i am normal during my workouts and all .. please suggest something..
