My ESR is 48. And i have chest discomfort and heart palpitations for a long time. Is it connected with increased ESR level?

Tested covid positive on 1 may and consulted dr on 2 may and on medication since then, earlier there was slight fever but since past 3 days there was no fever, today again there is slight fever of 99 and redness in left eye. There is no smell since past 6 days Oxygen level is 97 and felt tiredness since morning this is first time felt tired in past 12 days of covid. Anything to worry?
