  4. Sternum pain. Like and what should i do?

Sternum pain
Have sternum pain from last night. Felt pain even while breathing. It was fine today till afternoon but again feeling the same. It is a very weird feeling like something heavy moving inside and everything upto my throat is choked. Can someone help me on this and suggest what the problem looks like and what should I do?
