Pain in and around chest sternum
Experiencing intermittent pain in upper sternum region of chest and also in the left and right side ribs near sternum for last 2-3 years especially during some random stretching movements (While Getting up in the morning, while turning around etc). Also I rarely lift weights. Took some pain killers upon doctor's consultation which ended up only with a temporary relief. Please do help
