Sharp Pain in the upper left part of chest while deep breathing and in certain positions. If i breathe normally i dont feel the pain. Its been almost a month since i am experiencing this and my ECG came out to be normal with normal pulse rate and oxygen level. No other symptoms include think. I am in UK so i just wanted to know if this is something serious or not.
