In ground I m playing cricket with friends. I am injured in small cut of iron in first thumb of left leg in ten days back. So can I get tt injection or not please give me some advice. Today  I have pain on upper left side back pain . But I have daigonised with ibs and take one month of  medicine colospa x, pruvicit 2 and pantocid L course is three months. Can I take injection or not. It is safe to take injection or not. Please help me. What I do. I m confused

I have noticed a small round lump under my skin in my armpit and it hurts when applied pressure and it feels hard. It's been there for a couple days. Although there is no substantial change on the outer skin, it looks normal but pains within. Is it dangerous??
