Asked for Female, 33 Years

I did my cbc test , everything is normal except monocytes is 80.6 cells/cu.mm. The range should be from 200 Monocytes % is 1.3% Please let me know if there is a issue on it My total wbc is 6200 cells/cu.mm Neutrophills 4327 Lymphocytes1636 Basophills 24.8 Eosinophills 130.2 Platelet count 303000 My peripheral blood smear is normocytic normochromic blood picture. No issues here also

It's called Monocytopenia. Without any clinical or physical complaints to compare, low monocytes are not really that significant, except that another type of WBC will be slightly higher. Monocytes help “clean up” after bacterial infections, phagocytizing bacteria. If your CBC differential came back only with a low monocyte count and not much else, don’t worry about it. Monocytes has mild contribution in Immunity so low number makes you prone to infection. Overall Nothing to worry about
