Covid recovered, mild/dry cough persists
I was covid infected two weeks back.In CT scan report,my covads score is 4.Blood test reports are CRP is 3.1,D dimer is 300,
Ldh is 464,Ferritin is 312,
IL6 is 5.2,
CBP-Heamoglobin is 14,
CBP-Total WBC count is 6100.
I haven't taken negative report, but I'm feeling ok and normal at the moment.
I have recovered from fever, taste/smell senses since a week, But mild cough is not reduced yet.
I'm doing steam inhalation twice a day and taking ascoril cough syrup once a day and Dextromethrophan syrup twice a day ,
montair LC tablet at night for 6 days(stopped after 6days), and replaced with coldact tablet at night for 3 days, followed for 10days and Cough was 50% reduced,
but if I stop steam inhalation and cough syrup for one day and I can notice sense of infection at middle of chest while coughing, it's a mild/dry cough.
I resumed Steam inhalation and cough syrup again. My dry cough is in control at the moment but not completely reduced, what should I do to completely reduce mild cough?

CT SCAN type to get post covid
Hi Doctor,
I recovered from covid 2 weeks back and had cough and cold till 1 week back and I have taken pulmoclear as per doctor when I got yellow mucus and some feeling in lungs that I have mucus now after taking medicine for 5 days I feel the cough is reduced and cold got relief but still there only on right nostril from beginning.
Now today morning while sneezing and coughing I get dark red color mucus and am having right eye pain from 10 days in middle 2 days it went down but now it's there very minor pain, pain will keep reducing from morning to evening sometimes on eye.
So planning to take CT scan so what is the test name to ask for post covid to check for this mucus and does CT scan will help to identify "black fungus" Which observed post covid.

Today I have done chest Xray PA view and it says BRONCHOVASCULAR MARKINGS APPEARS PROMINENT IN BILATERAL LUNG FIELDS LIKELY BRONCHITIS. What does it means? Is there anything to worry about?

Covid involvement in lungs
Hi, my husband is covid positive on 14th may and experiencing fever with mild cough for last 5 days and tiredness for last 10 days. His Ct in covid report was 19. His CT scan finding was CO RADS 4/6 and CT severity score was 0 - 25%. CT scan mentions patchy consolidation with reticular thickening in upper and lower lobes. As of today his Spo2 is maintained between 97 to 98%. Do we need to start steroids for him due to lung involvement?
